Uppsala has plenty of land and premises

Uppsala has land and premises for all types of activities located in the central areas of the city and the suburbs. The municipality owns the majority of the development land for industry, trade and crafts. The land is managed by the Public Works and Real estate Department. There is also privately owned land for all types of activities.
