At Uppsala university, extensive research is carried out in a number of fields for industry, commerce and entrepreneurship. Research activity at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet) is also important and of interest also for industry and commerce and entrepreneurship outside the agricultural sector.
